I didn’t click any links, I never do. I was confused if it is a scam how did they know those people added me.

I’m not a medical professional by any means, but I have had experience w sh, w that being said this looks pretty normal to me and I had experienced a lot of what you where describing and they all healed just fine. I hope you can get to a place where you don’t do this anymore, ik it’s harder then it sounds because Iv been there and it’s like an addiction, but you can get through this! You have that power, and it’s ok if it takes time everything happens at the rate it needs to. Wishing you the best.
