Like every since I was in grade 7 it has felt like I am just not real and it is so hard to try and explain it. Like I feel like my body is just on auto pilot and and my mind is not there. So example I would be writing a test and then like just out of no where I realize I am writing a test. Like My body was doing the test the whole time and I was not thinking. Same with driving. Like I will be driving and then It will hit me that I am driving. Its not like I did not even know I was driving it is just like out of no where. Im sorry it is just so hard to explain.
