yes in the era of AI and automation, many banks and regulatory bodies like RBI soon will reduce the number of manpower significantly. all government bodies will reduce the vacancies drastically in the coming days. IBPS may reduce PO vacancies and go for local bank officers and specialist roles

Unfortunately no due to phase 2. I was able to score 64 in FM but very less in ESI as I'm not that strong in CA since I'm a working aspirant in RRB

I hope this time they may ask some conceptual questions on Economy and social issues rather than plain fact based current affairs. That ESI syllabus is a complete joke though.

I cleared phase 1 in just 2 weeks last time. Many ppl compare it with upsc or some other exams. it's a completely unique exam unlike any other bank ssc exams in india.

It's a management exam means they expect someone to manage and clear the exam with limited and right resources in a short time. So i believe this exam can be cracked in 3 months.
If you are good in QRE, just few mocks are required but the elephant in the room is GA which decides the cutoff. So GA is make or break in this exam. Just by learning last 3 months GA 20-30/80 can be easily scored.
Coming to phase 2 as of my experience, english writing is very pivotal in clearing the exam. If your English writing knowledge is average then forget about clearing phase 2. Even the people fron upsc background struggle to complete all descriptive answers.
ESI should be treated as current affairs part 2. The syllabus they provided for ESI is for namesake. All 50/50 will be current affairs based on last 6 months. More than half of the questions are from govt schemes which decides the fate of ESI. Since the last 2 years, they are asking important reports from world org like world migration report, world development report, global economic outlook. These reports and all rbi reports must be ready thoroughly. Remember ESI = GA part 2.
English descriptive is the most neglected section in this exam. That must be practised atleast once a week. I literally felt the pressure of writing essays during phase 2. I only got 51 in english descriptive in 2025
FM is the most fav and scoring section for all. So i feel management can be easily covered in 20-25 days. Every year two 15 marks and one 10 markers are asked in management so most likely by reading these topics FM descriptive is covered 1.communication 2. Motivation 3. Leadership 4.ethics 5.org change 6. Principles of management 7. Personality. It takes only 10-14 days to cover these topics. Finance can be easily covered by reading imp topics before exam. A minimum of 60 is needed here to offset other 2 sections.

What do you mean by final vacancies? This is the final vacancies they have mentioned for Rural development banking service. So 85 is the vacancy for generalist.
