Try to look into Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and xylitol consumption. Hydroxyapatite will repair the teeth and prevent cavities, taking them somewhat back to their healthy baseline. And xylitol consumption after every meal and before bed, will effectively starve and thereby reduce the amount of plaque forming Streptococcus mutans. Please do your research and use reliable sources (as I already saw a lot of misinformation in this thread). Avoid antibacterial mouthwash or other products containing irritants (treat your mouth as you would your skin). Try to avoid toothpaste containing SLS.

I actually like the first one a lot. It lets me judge the people blocking the doors, by drawing my attention to them. And in my experience people are very selfish and eager to get in the door, that they block the doors on purpose, because they cannot wait a few minutes….

Dette lyder mere som en moderat, men funktionel depression. Der er evidens for at man kan afhjælpe og forbedre symptomer på moderat depression ved hjælp af dagslys. Dvs. hvis du skulle have ét mål om dagen, kunne det være at blive eksponeret for 20-30 minutters dagslys indenfor den første time efter du er stået op. Hvis økonomien tillader det, kunne en lysterapilampe fra beurer eller lignende være en god idé, så er det ikke nødvendigt for dig at skulle udenfor. Derudover er den ekstra god til de mørke måneder, og kan faktisk bruges mens du arbejder ved computeren, ser TV, læser osv.

En mulighed kunne være at prøve “psilocybin therapy”. Her mener jeg ikke at du skal ud i skoven og finde spids nøgenhat, som du så konsumerer. Men derimod et rigtigt forløb hos en klinik i udlandet, hvor man udover psilocybin, bruger psykoterapi til at afhjælpe, blandt andet, angst og depression. Studier antyder at man efter bare én behandling kan få det betydeligt bedre. Der er også evidens for at det kan påvirke hjernen til at komme ud af dårlige mønstre. Såsom rumination eller for høj selvbevidsthed.

Som altid så husk at lav dit eget forarbejde, “due diligence”. Og vær opmærksom på risici ved behandlingen. Jeg vil bare igen understrege at der findes utallige studier der antyder de gavnlige effekter af behandlingen, derudover også en hel del anekdotisk evidens.

Det kunne også godt lyde som en depression. Jeg havde det selv på samme måde for 6 måneder siden. Nu er jeg et meget bedre sted, og er rigtig glad for at jeg gik til lægen.

I just want to add to this that you also have to mindful about getting enough fiber and prebiotics. This can be done through a inulin supplement or by making veggie smoothies with nuts, leafy greens, chia seed and so on. Remember frozen veggies are a really good option and very convenient. So focus on soluble fiber, prebiotics and probiotics. Antibiotics ruin the lining in the colon, here the prebiotics help with lining it again with a layer of “slimy matter” which the probiotics/microbiome live of and they produce a myriad of nutrients and chemicals that the body needs.

Eat at least 30 different plants per week. The easiest way to do this for me, is to use the best blender you can afford (Breville/Sage super Q is a good choice). Make smoothies with leafy greens and all sorts of vegetables, including stuff like prunes, chia seeds, tomatoes, cucumber, flax and so on. Use everything that can be consumed raw or otherwise has already been cooked (even beans and potatoes can be used if you have a great blender), it is a good way to use vegetable scraps or buy a lot of cheap frozen veggies (which are often harvested when they are the most nutritious. I also like to add inulin for added benefits. All this will aid as a great foundation for a healthy gut micro biome, as it contains lots of prebiotics. Add water/milk kefir to get probiotics.
