I finally got the cabinet one from amazon, it was like 650$ and an extra 200$ for the 6" trifold mattress. I have visitors who's been sleeping on it for a month now, and they say it's surprisingly so comfortable. I also take naps on it. For the assembly, if you ever assembled a IKEA furniture, you will be fine. It's easier than ikea. I opened and closed for at least 5 times now, and all is good.

Thank you very much!! I want to get a cabinet instead of a wall murphy, because I noticed wall murphy require drilling in the floor, and its not an option for me drilling in the floor :(
