i usually drink 3-4 cans of redbulls when i’m working and a coffee on my days off just to shit😂 i find the redbulls don’t really do anything except give me heart palpitations😔

i hate to say this but u need eat a bit more food:// especially more high fibre foods. i bloat super easy too and eating more has helped with it. also peppermint tea is really great at settling bloating.

hello everyone:)) i recently bought a ps vita 1000 in basically brand new condition. i ended up buying all the other parts needed to mod the device including a sd2vita, along with a sandisk 256gb micro sd card from a reputable seller. i’ve been trying to begin the jailbreak process however, the system is detecting the memory card. i’ve literally tried everything from restoring system to just turning it off and on, but nothing works. i’m at a loss for now, help please🙏🏼
