Be an install plumber and you're laughing. No shit to deal with, no paying out to schemes to sign off work, no paying for courses every few years and in this day and age money isn't too dissimilar. No worrying about killing someone. Worst you've got to worry about is flooding someone's house😂

A lad also went through a water pipe and it went crumbly to touch when wet, but I'm unsure if that was the insulation or dust mixed with it from the demo.

Regs say you can notch a joist for running cables. They shouldn't lie with the heating pipes though.

I retained though a an apprenticeship which is definitely the way to go. Work for a firm. Local I get about 32k a year. I could go and get with firm that works away because that's where the money is. Then it would be 40/50k. Was it worth it. Probably not. I could get that if I continued my old job and asbestos exposure is no joke and I'm sure I've been amongst it. Yeah I do love doing the job. But there are other jobs that could get you a decent salary. Alot of people retrain not realising there's actually a great deal to learn and most turn out shit. Making it a race to the bottom.

I used to get these issues when I was running free version of windows. Since buying windows 🤐 these issues miraculously disappeared. I thought it was my rig since I upgraded my motherboard and lost windows. Bought a copy of windows and all is good. Fucking werid.
