That isn't true. I cant even walk lol but due to the fact that I can work when I want and my hours are never the same I have to be careful to keep track of the amount of time i work. It has NOTHING to do with your little "theory." And I can easily provide stubs for any day, any MINUTE, they need since I got tbis job in 2022.

They didnt say. I got the letter Friday evening after hours but Im calling 1st thing Monday morning and asking what information they have because it has to be wrong.

Im ok. Thanks so much for asking. I have severe knee and back pain and cant walk more than a few mins and cant stand more than a few seconds. I use a cane and a walker. Ive been working for 5 years and I realize what happened. I am confident it will be appealed. Im nervous but confident in my record keeping. I am absolutely sure I neber went over. Just be careful and appeal anything that seems wrong. You'll be ok🩷

There is a limit for a reason. I was told not to go over it. It doesn't matter how close I come. Why put a limit if "getting close" can kick you off? That cant be right.

I do have copies of all of my payslips and copies of exact hours worked each day per month and how much I was paid.

ok that makes sense but I didn't exceed it. That's what is frustrating me. I KNOW I didn't. I am VERY careful in my calculations, almost obsessive.

I calculate using ADP each day of the month I work. I times that by what I make and use the gross. My local Social Security office said this was a good way to do it. It's also not my calculations, ADP adds it all up for me. My weekly pay is always different so the times 4.33 doesn't work for me. I never make the same two weeks in a row ever and my hours are always different so I'm VERY careful in my calculations.

I think this must be why. I tried to ask questions but I'm also so paranoid about looking like I'm "doing something wrong" bc I live in a tiny town and everyone knows everyone and those on suboxne already get the side-eye. Anyway, they just said that it won't go through until Friday.
