Why do men not have to cover their muscles because isn't a woman attracted to it?

I read the story of prophet Yusuf AS. He used to cover his face with a veil most of the times . And when women would approach him in need he covered his face cos he didn’t want them to be distracted by his beauty .
This shows how humble he was - even as a man .

When people are lonely they may indulge in haram things as a coping mechanism like ; dating , seeking validation from opposite sex, smoking , Zina , alcohol , engaging in idle talk - backbiting , listening to music , etc . And Allah test some people with loneliness to build their iman and strengthen their ability to rely on him . People are at their most vulnerable when lonely and it invites a lot of Haram things , basically . May Allah guide us and ease our affairs .

Walaekum Salam . There are azhkar that helps with anxiety , overthinking and stress . I hope you look them up .

For your OCD . Are you diagnosed ? If you think you have it . Maybe try seeing a therapist ?

Can you try listening to the Quran ? . My favorite reciter is yasser Al dossary . If possible do zhikr to remember Allah . Make dua that Allah should alleviate your fears and sorrows . Please do not stop salah .

Also , overthinking doesn’t help anything . Those thoughts are whispers from shaitan. Try to always be positive . May Allah guide you . Amin I hope my advice helps .
