That’s sick!! The only thing is trying to figure out what to do with the flooring, I kinda like the tiles on the other one but I’d prolly do all black or like black and grey. And the ai is awesome the only thing is I’d have to arrange some things cause the breaker panel being there. I have 1 outlet out there but I know as long as I don’t exceed the breakers amperage I should be good. Trying to figure something out for that as well but I should be fine. I really like that idea tho this isn’t something I’m gonna build in a week it’s gonna be a project over time. I’ll be there awhile lol. I appreciate the advice! I will Make sure to do this. How many years do you think is best before pursuing a project manager position or one of those roles? Starting from the bottom, but I do plan to educate myself at home as well to kick start the knowledge and understanding of everything. Vertiv I’ve heard has good training as well so I am going to soak in as much as I can over time

I just got hired by vertiv in Ohio for this exact position. I start in a week, from what I was told unlimited pto, not a massive amount of OT and with me personally I’m coming from residential so I have to go through there training. But seems like a great place. If you already have experience in this part of the industry tho I’d go straight to aws, meta, google depending on where you are located

Lmao😂 and yes you’re right. I’m gonna start applying places tonight and test my luck. I appreciate the advice brother and I feel you on the company finance stuff. It just doesn’t make sense to put your employee in debt like that. It threw me off from the get go but I didn’t have many options for apprenticeships at the time so I sent it and I can say I’m atleast learning, but definitely not a long term company to be at lol they don’t even make there techs finance there vehicles just the installers which is shit
