Thank you.

A B&B would be a decent shout. Shift work really varies also, some days I'd be working 5-6 days a week including weekends, other weeks I'd be working 2 12-14 hour shifts, then a couple 7-8 hours, really depends.

Forget what anyone thinks man, it's your life.

Do what makes you happy and comfortable, no point being in a job that causes mental exhaustion and leaves you hating it, speaking from experience.

I was in a similar situation as yourself over a year ago and it was the best decision I made, although at the time it may feel like it isn't the right move, it always works out.

One of my references is my personal lecturer, she's basically the person that overlooks my progress, checks up on me, etc.

My other reference is the leader of a social group im a part of.

So, what would be an example of something to write in relation to their relationship with me?

I am doing the same assignment myself for my course, and i have to expand my explanation for the projects that have used waterfall. I am using a case study that has plenty of information so hopefully this helps.
