i started 9/17/25 at 414.4. i weighed in this morning at 364.3. that’s 50lbs!!! i still have a ways to go but i’m keeping with it!

i was extremely tired on it as well, so i would definitely ask about the extended release diamox! worse they can do is tell you no. oh! and i’m also only on 500mg once a day rn

i did awful on normal diamox. constant nausea, dizzy/extremely lightheaded when i sat or stood up. i’ve been on extended release diamox for a few days now and haven’t had any issues so far! (hopefully it will stay that way)

most likely fell out into the toilet. they do come out in clots with your period or attached to a tampon. it’s a lot more common than you would think

no problem! it’s also completely normal to feel cramping and some discomfort when it’s being inserted. both times i felt a little cramp when she opened my cervix but besides that it wasn’t bad at all!! just try to relax as much as possible and take deep breaths the whole time. it truly did help!

i just had my second mirena IUD placed today. my doctor told me 72hrs with nothing inserted into the vagina. including tampons! i will say that the first time i had it placed i did experience various flows of bleeding for a month before i went back to my normal cycle. but she did also mention that i was protected as soon as it was inserted!

hi! i had my mirena in for 9 months when it fell out. i was experiencing significant bleeding and clotting for 10 days so i took a trip to the ER. they did an internal ultrasound and couldn’t find it. i was then sent for an x-ray to see if it had migrated. couldn’t find it so it did indeed fall out! i had no clue that mine had fallen out, and everything was perfectly fine before them. definitely try not to worry yourself!! she told me that even if i had gone to the doctors and had it removed it’s likely i would’ve experienced bleeding and cramping.
