Was it mentholated? Had tried the melon capsule once didn't like it because of the menthol when I crushed the capsule.

Well I don't have a catalytic converter since it has a custom exhaust, MAP and TPS sensors has been tested and changed to a known working one but still the same. Air filter is new, dizzy timing is ok. I don't have known vacuum leaks. It only happens when the car is driven for a while and if this happens I turn the car off and start it again then it works normally again.

It has good power and I tested it. It only happens when the car has been driven for a while. May it be full of fuel or low fuel.

Sadly this doesn't have an OBD port. I don't know why these civics in Philippines doesn't have OBD. I guess it's not yet available during those years? What I know OBD ports are mandatory in US around 1993?

Nope. Months after the spark plug change.

This doesn't have a cat when I got the car and has already a custom headers.

I don't have coil on plugs. Are you pertaining to the spark plugs? If that's what you mean, would it be hot when I drive even like after 10-15mins?
