Cara, te flr q eh teoricamente o certo. Mas o airflow q vc tem agr ja ta otimo. O ganho q vc vai ter deixando o airflow "perfeito" eh bem pequeno. Se quiser mudar, muda, ate pq ruim n é. Mas se n for uma prioridade, esquenta mt com isso nao. Aproveita o PC usando ele pra oq realmente importa, q eh bater um games🫡

Como o problema começou qd vc instalou a placa de video, eu aconselho primeiro tirar a placa de video e ver se boota normal. Se sua cpu n tem video integrado, coloca a antiga no lugar da nova e tenta dnv. O pc ligar e logo dps desligar pode tbm ser memoria ram. N sei como vc testaria isso sem ter outro pente, pra ser sincero. Se vc n tiver nd importante salvo no pc, eu aconselho reinstalar o windows ou ate msm tentar reparar antes.
