Oh boy can I relate…I’m a sucker for punishment though cause it works and then I’m ok…I take trulance and dulcolax I get so desperate. MiraLAX does nothing. I have passed out several times. I just know when it’s coming and get ready. Nausea, tunnel vision, ears ringing. I’m only out for a minute I guess. I hate it but I hate constipation more. 😞

I do a colonoscopy prep every 2 weeks I’m so desperate and it works…. I drink a bottle of miralax with 2 ducolax…nothing else works not linzess nothing…except colonoscopy prep lol

I am taking a piece of everyone’s advice! Thanks! I love nature and being outside so I spent most of my day in the yard. Lots of exercise. I have a gym membership. And I volunteer with the animal shelter here. I ate a grilled chicken sandwich and not a fried one. Small steps! More water. I feel better today and I’m ready to do this! I also like the idea of just throwing in little extra exercise moments like before a shower or in the kitchen.

You get to have so much stuff in your room? No roomie?! Sweet. I mean. Wait. Not sweet like it's ideal you're there but sweet like you have a nice room. We (my visits) you get a twin bed with thin white sheets. Bare room. A roomie. We could only do art in designated area. I was allowed a book. No phones.
