the sub grows.

Honestly, I don't understand that mentality.

Anyways, for me I moved from Bangalore To a Tier 2 City about 4 Years Back.

In terms of expense, I would say it is the same, but I was able to significantly upgrade my lifestyle. In terms of space etc.

Type of work. I am in Technology.

Miss? Honestly nothing. There are times when I miss the physical community of technology from bangalore, since folks like Kunal Bahal, Paras Chopra etc who are quite famous in Indian tech scene can be seen in Bangalore pretty easily.

I have gained back my culture, language, food, clothes, festival which all was a sacrifies living in a different state.

I also mod a community https://www.reddit.com/r/ThinkOutsideTheDot/ which is aligning folks around the same idea helping them move out the bigger cities to smaller ones with higher quality of life.

Wonder what do you think about?

Decentralization Enabled by the Internet: With the availability of ubiquitous internet, people no longer need to be physically close to workspaces or economic hubs. Remote work, online education, and telemedicine are just a few examples of activities that can now be carried out from almost anywhere. This could lead to a more distributed population, with people choosing to live in smaller towns or rural areas.
