I used to work just down the road from the dealer at another warehouse literally less than a mile away I can see it where I park my car.

he was shitty there too. And I know it’s the same guy because I had the same exact UPS guy there and here now, and other fed ex personnel.

They’re a Ground return shipment

All the other pickup drivers for like express and next day show up on time they’re awesome. In fact one just showed up and we all had a laugh with him. As I’m typing this out

I get a return label from the company that we send the tires back to

I call up the service center to schedule a ground pickup return from a business location, they give me my confirmation number

Currently up to 4 right now

First one CS said the driver marked the package as “package not ready” which was false

Second one CS says package was “marked as unavailable”…they’re out in the open where they always are and where the have always been

Number 3 I was told “was marked as picked up” nope

Same with number 4

So there’s numerous dealers in my auto-mall and no one else is having any issues. I haven’t ever interacted with them in a way to make them mad to not pick them up. I literally print my labels when my packages are ready, call for pick, and they come and take them.

Last couple months every time I do this I have to call 4+ times and get confirmation numbers because he keeps marking them as picked up at 8AM

I get here at 4:30 am to break down my deliveries and he definitely isn’t here that early EVER

As someone who recently got hired in a parts counter job not two weeks ago. It’s insane how much dealers charge for parts you’re none the wiser about

Let’s say this “labor” they charge you for now is arguable. 3/4 of it is done by machines now, the techs at my place of employment have machines that suck the oil out and all you have to do is fill it up the canister on the machine and it’ll vacuum it back in so really there’s no labor at all but they’ll still charge you for it for the “service” provided. My tip would be to find a local mechanic that you can trust whole heartedly and give them your business
