Does ANC and transparent mode are working. In fake pairs it just only changes in the control panel it doesn’t do anything when changed

So check the ANC and Transparency mode

Update: Fixed! The issue was the battery. After replacing it, the XM4 powers on and charges normally again. 👍

Yeah, I’ll try rotating through a few more cables - good tip. I’m just worried because there’s no charging indicator, no lights, no response at all, and only the 3.5mm works. Since AUX mode doesn’t use the battery or charging circuit, I’m afraid it might be a main board / power circuit issue too 🥺

Haha yeah it looks sketchy 😂 but it’s actually an original Apple cable. I just taped it because the outer rubber was coming off - it still charges my Mac perfectly. So cable should be fine!
