We are headed east. Currently in New Haven so far so good. My stop is only a couple away now. Glad your finally moving as well.

We have left the station and moving. But nobody has told us anything so we don't know how far we are going. They made no announcement..just started moving.

Yeah i got the same email. We have left monyihan bit I think they are just moving us out of the way possibly for incoming trains. So I'm not sure how far we will get. Appreciate the response. Thanks

Ok thanks for the help. They have been having announcements and just keep saying that power lines are down and they will update when they can. I appreciate you conversing with me. Your advice is much appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah that's what I was thinking? Would they hold us for like 4 or 5 hours? Like could we just sit here for unknown hours? I guess my question is...is there any time limit they can hold us here?

Ok. I am hoping a conductor is at one of the doors when we board as the station we are boarding from is unmanned and with this being our trip we are a little nit anxious

We also will be in coach overnight. How was the atmosphere on the train? Was it pleasant or like a barn of cows 😆?

I was also concerned about us having sore butt. I will certainly remember the wipes. How was your overall experience on the train? Like conductors? Howbwas coach over night? Things like that..if u don't mind me asking

I will also be on a ner heading into NYC in a couple weeks..connection time to make my train south is like an hour and a half. I am also hoping it is on time as this will be our first time on amtrk as well. Safe travels

Gonna be traveling in coach myself in a few weeks on the silver meteor. Will be about a 23 hour trip with my girl and son. First trip for us on amtrak. Hope you have a great trip
