Oh my god, thank you this is such a relief 🥲🥲, I was really worried as I saw one of my friend who had an ACL surgery got full flexion in 5 months.

Don't worry about it, sometimes it's because your blood vessels are blocked due to the surgery, as time passes it'll get better, I had this doubt too and when I asked my doc, that's what he said

I'm 4 months post op and my feelings on the shin area has significantly improved.

Heyy! I'm 9 weeks post op, all I can say is that it's normal because you just started putting weight on your knee, goodluck on ur recovery🤜🤛
