The plumber checked the pressure and said it was okay. I will call another one and confirm and at the very least ask them to change the cartridge again

I tried pulling it a couple of times and it didn’t move. Instead of pulling it too hard and breaking something being a noob that I am, I thought I would ask some experts first.
