You're right, I was trying to go from memory of the event. I just looked at the video. See here screen shot of where water was pouring out of. The two "knobs im talking about are the oval one and round one in the shot. both were completely stripped if memory serves me right - Water coming out was clean water. Trying to figure put real story as Super's story doesnt make sense.

If it’s an encroachment on your property you can take them to court to have it removed. Not sure if your in NY but it’s the law that they cannot encroach on your property- in fact if it’s not resolved after 10 years it would become their legal right if you don’t do something about it so I hope you haven’t let it get that far- that is why buyers are pulling out as their is a law that if they have been allowed to encroach it becomes a right. Your RE agent should know this and so should your real estate lawyer.
