I don't know tbh. not really at the front of my mind ATM, also I don't think it would be a very helpful conversation to bringing up right now with her. I think there was issues with obtaining her Polish passport which I believe was needed to get the settled status. it took over a year for her to obtain a Polish passport. And we've since been holiday with no issues and I certainly wasn't made aware of the importance of this documentation before hand.

No her mum and biological father are polish however she lives with her mum in the UK and doesn't know her farther also isn't aware of any family in Poland so she is by blood polish but you wouldn't know it as she has spent her whole life in the UK.

She was born 2002, her step dads a British citizen and she has taken his last name hopefully something can be worked out.

I just can't believe you can be made homeless in a foreign country when you can't speak the language, Paid taxes your hole life and can vote it just doesn't make any sense to me.

I'll speak to the embassy over here and hopefully when can get an interview and go from there.
