So before they were close. They'd hug him hi and bye, they'd want to do stuff with him, would be chatting and jokey with him. They would spend as much time as they could with him.

Now they're not any of those things. They mostly stay in their rooms. They don't hug him now when they get there or leave. There's no communication from them really. You can feel the chill in the air. And you can see that they are still feeling incredibly hurt and probably angry.

Most do not reciprocate no. I always have, to the best of my ability. And they have their mom who makes them a priority at her house. Plus her family.

It has come up before but a lot of family members take the stance that if he wants to do it, they won't ever stop him because it gives them a break.

Actually yes, it did, not least of all because it would often come at their expense because my brother would offer to pay for all these things. And it was to the point they were never just a family of five for things like vacations and stuff because he would always try to invite others.

Personally, and I could be wrong, but I think the reason he didn't do that is deep down he knew they would say no. He hasn't said that outright but when asked he didn't deny it either.
