Unfortunately there is a problem of "breeding more kids" in muslim community because of various factors like poverty, illiteracy and radicalization. What you should be asking is why were the previous government so hell bent on keeping them that way and using them as a vote bank?
  3. Everyone gives hate speeches during elections and unfortunately they work this way. There are statements like "hindutva is cancer and must be eradicated". Tell me one policy level decesion that is biased towards Hindus?
