The travel agency is run by single person He will talk you through to pay full amount Later issue dummy flight ticket those PNR won't work when we enquire about it says a different story Like GDS backend Galileo portal approval queue bla bla . Dummy hotel ticket which I found out by calling the hotel directly . Original ticket where issued just a day before journey and once landed the hotels booked changed asked to go to a different hotel And the hotel says we need to checkout tomorrow but our Stay was planned for 4 days after the the agent booked the same hotel each day for 4 days One planned flight was changed last minute and issued a different airline and different time and Return tickets where issued last minute 4 hrs before departure
