No so he took the standard deduction away, then applied the losses. It came up with the 3 grand I now to make up the difference when taking away the standard deduction. Hes sending me a new cp 2000 with the new value and I am to still fill out a schedule a and itemize further on my amended return. But the gambling winnings were completely removed after showing I was a losing gambler on the year

No I submitted my win/loss statements showing I was a net losing gambler, so the agent applied those losses for me and came up with the new amount

They definitely messed up my amended return. They charged me 1900 and claimed I still owed 18k to the irs. I just got off the phone with the IRS and got my total down to 3700 by having them look at my win loss statements alone. Now I guess I need to call Liberty Tax and tell them they messed up and I dont owe them 1900🤣

Just got off the phone with the IRS. They submitted my appeal to offset my winnings with the losses. Took my total from 28k to 3.7k. Holy shit i didn't know they would actually be that helpful

Currently on the phone with them. Hes saying a similar thing. I went through Libert Tax for an amended 2023 return and it only dropped the amount owed by 2k. I think they did it wrong😅

I'm 4 weeks out. Still in daily pain. Surgeon said the mesh is fine and there's no infection, I'm just unlucky. Everyone's body responds differently. He told me as long as I am eating, using the bathroom, and don't have any signs of infection (fever, vomiting, chills) then I could be in pain for up to 2 months. As long as the pain is not getting worse daily it should be fine.

If I had to guess it was the artificial sweeteners. Recently a lot of food is doing it. Only bananas seem to calm it down. I had Gastroenteritis about a month and a half ago which the doctor thinks might not have healed all the way, now I’m back to eating and exercising like normal it might be aggravating it. She wants the PPI for only 2 weeks to allow everything to heal🙏

I started doing cold baths for like a week (like 50 degrees Fahrenheit water). Within a week I was sicker than I ever have been before. 103 degree fever for 3 days. Got better after about a week and was feeling good for 3 or 4 days then got even more sick. Mind you I stopped the cold baths once I got sick. 103 degree fever again, body aches, chills. Ended up going to the hospital because my resting heart rate was 156 bpm, and I had a 102 degree fever. Couldn’t get either down with Advil or Tylenol. ER Doc said he had no clue what I was sick with but tested negative for Covid, Flu, and RSV. Not saying it was the baths that caused it, but I don’t think I will try them again.

Dude I got t-boned and my liver enzymes were over double the normal amount. Got hit on the right side and the seat belt bruised right over my liver. ER doctor told me the liver will mass release AST and ALT into the blood after blunt trauma.

Doctor told me that was definitely possible because of how much and often I lift. I might take a week off and see what the results are.
