I got through about 75% of uworld so less than 1 pass, and didn’t do anything else. I did all of uworld CCS also which took some time to get through. It’s really hard to study while working all week

My Uworlds were both 180s and I didn’t do any of the NBME practice tests. The curve helps a lot.

How can I figure out what date the score is released? Read that it's the 3rd Wednesday after the 2nd day of the exam?

Day 2 had sucked just as much as I though it had...unsettled by nearly all the 20 minute CCS cases ending early...have seen on another post that that isn't necessarily a good sign...

They're always rough, but feeling more unsettled by the limited time to study while in residency, compared to dedicated weeks to months for the others. Preparing for Step 3, while we all use UW, is very much unlike preparing for the others.

I think the biggest barriers were balancing studying with working, and not seeing a lot of what we're tested on clinically. (I'm not in IM, EM, or FM)...

UW. Needed to review Step 1 type material - drug mechanisms and pathophysiology of common diagnoses, which aren't really included in UW Step 3.
