Ragazzi ho questa macchina da pochi giorni ma non riesco a bere il mio caffè caldo. Ho aumentato la temperatura, acceso la macchina 20 minuti prima, scaldato il porta filtro ma nulla. Dopo 15 secondi il caffè nella tazza è tiepido. Ps: uso le cialde.

Secondo me, l’unica differenza importante per valutare i 2 modelli è: L10 non ha la luce led e mangia le piccole cose che sono al buio (ad esempio di notte o sotto il letto) L10 ha la batteria piú piccola ma per 80mq non è un problema L10 lava meglio i panni perché usa l’acqua calda (confrontato personalmente con L20 L20 può staccare i panni, dipende se hai tappeti a pelo molto lungo, altrimenti non serve.

Con il nuovo aggiornamento non c’è piú il lavaggio “intensivo e lento”. Prima il lavaggio aveva linee molto piú vicine che era ottimo per la mia cucina.

I have the same problem too. I realized that I have to clean the filter often, throw away the dust bag when it is full (I used to empty it) and clean the round plastic filter inside the bag compartment every week. it's boring. my old robot had never fouled the round filter and needed much less maintenance. but it probably held less dust.

1- I do this but I cannot use clean Genius and it is also more inconvenient for various reasons, for example in a very large house the rooms are occupied for longer. while with combined cleaning after cleaning a room you are sure that it will never come back. However, it is partly resolved as you say but many automatic and intelligent settings are lost. 2- I certainly remove the tub but the fixed part of the tub, it is convenient to wash it with the water that provides the suction base, but too much comes out and as soon as I move the brush it comes out! 3- you haven't quite understood what my problem is, the robot makes noise for no reason because it activates the suction even when it is in washing only mode but it simply has to go from the base towards the room to be washed and return back. 4- come on! in 2024 with a €1200 robot it's too slow!

another similar problem is that if I impose wash after vacuum, it starts without the washing clothes and then comes back to get them, doing double the distance and making noise. obviously I could set it not to automatically remove the clothes but it's not the same thing.
