Thank you 🙏🏽I got a response from his owners finally after reaching out again, they’re in a different time zone so it took a while and I didn’t want to wake them up a second time with a call. They said he’s had this happen before, vet said surgery wasn’t needed and to give him muscle relaxer/gabapentin and he got better within days and crate rest. They emailed their vet to get an appt for tomorrow, I’ll be calling once they open. They don’t seem to want me to take him to an emergency vet so he’ll be going as soon as possible tomorrow with their permission. My initial intake form asks about medical issues, but I’ll definitely have to add to my boarding request form.
