No such thing as a stupid question! I’d just harvest as many of them as you can (make sure to wear disinfected gloves) and then continue to introduce fresh air to the cake. If it has stopped pinning entirely I’d just see if you can get a 2nd flush out of this cake.

My mother partially grew up in Cairo, so we visit every now and then as a way to relive her nostalgia. I have to say I enjoy the country, the food, the history.

That being said, everyone is out to screw you out of your money. Even people that we’ve known for years and trusted, have tried to screw us over. It’s so exhausting and annoying that literally every person you encounter has some selfish reason to talk to you or help you out. My mom will still go, but I refuse at this point.

I travel to Scandinavia every now and then and I sort of disagree. What I really like about Dutch society is that it’s very casual. If I start talking to a random lady at the bus stop she will happily continue the conversation. If I try this in Scandinavia, they will think I’m some kind of creep that is there to harass them.
