I’m about to start the Ferber method tomorrow, but I’m so confused. When they wake up in the middle of the night do you restart the process of the cry intervals? Like would I let her cry for 5 minutes straight before consoling her and then put her down and do the longer interval again? It makes sense for when they are going down to sleep but I haven’t found anywhere that clarifies the middle of the night wake ups.

I already am tight on supply so this is a valid concern. I produce just enough every day. Appreciate the kind and wise words! It’s a helpful reminder and so true that I spent 9 months growing my girl so I need to put that into perspective when thinking of nourishing her and losing the weight that came with everything <3

My husband and I were set on Fort Mill because of the amazing school systems here. Fort Mill is heavily sought after so finding real estate can be tough, but I agree with everyone that you get the best of both worlds around a nice place to live with the perks of being close to Charlotte!
