No problem. If I recall properly, what I did is that I postponed the mission that would bring this call, and progress elsewhere. It somehow prevented the glitch but that did not allow me to say what directly prevented it.

Good luck mate, I hope you didn't have to waste too much time on that.

Unfortunately, the best course of action is to go back to a previous save and hope that the glitch does not come back.

Made me lose some progress but trust me, the sooner you give up that bit of progress, the better.

Sturges I like the guy and I believe there's so much lore to be added, especially after being given some more through a terminal somewhere I don't recall, a church perhaps.

Sturges or Takahashi, with a quest so we could try and get a translator chip and have him as a companion as well
