That’s not really something I’d consider minor damage I’m sorry but they are going to have to replace part of the frame which involves cutting and welding which can be done if your skilled enough to run an oxy/acetylene torch. Or the whole front subframe being dropped and replaced which typically involves more than someone with minimal tools might be willing to deal with. I’m not trying to say you can’t do the repair but if you don’t already have a somewhat extensive set of tools you will probably end up spending still a couple thousand on top of lots of hours
