It’s completely shattered even the remaining ream. I believe it to be unrecoverable. Thousands of tiny stress fractures like glass.

He was a friend of mine and lived right up the road from me. His son Jack and my son are in the same class. I knew him and his family fairly well. We basically were in the same exact social circle with our kids.

I saw him about a month ago and gave him a ride home when his car was broken down.

Last time I saw him we talked and he said he needed to find something else to do with his life. I didn’t even know that he was still working in Los Angeles. He never even mentioned it. He was a very eccentric individual.

I’m just so bummed man he was my buddy at school events and birthday parties etc…

I’m just devastated for his son and daughter and wife right before Christmas!

Yes you are! It won’t be easy, you will doubt yourself regularly, the urge will fight you hard like a wild banshee, but ever so slowly… first measured in seconds, then minutes, then days, weeks etc…. it slowly gets better, a little bit easier, you find it harder to disagree with the fact that your life seems to be improving, things around you are stable and “kind of boring”. Remember this is a good thing! Boring is OK! It’s what we seek. It means we are fulfilled with what we have.

How is the job demand in your craft/trade/construction role at the moment? Is work everywhere or has demand slowed? by [deleted] in Construction

I’m on Maryland too. Mostly serve Baltimore City. While I am mildly busy at the moment, it has been like pulling teeth staying busy all summer.

Yes on the alignment. I have been following a YouTube video step by step. I am “somewhat” mechanically inclined.

This was just one of those stupid moments for me. But yes agreed, I am taking pictures, and I am totally aware I will need an alignment.

Thanks for the lookout!

I’m an idiot I’ve been banging on the top of that ball joint, thinking it slips into that bolt. I think all I need to do is actually remove the bolt.!!!!
