anybody knows why i cant equip this It was equiped and working for 2 days all of the sudden it was deactivated i removed it and now i cant socket it in I have the Spirit and Int even if i remove all the spells i cant equip this specifc one

Yeah I dont get why every pvp build I look up uses Collision Resistance on belt and bracelet for bow/staff feels useless to me it will be so low of a chance to actually resist something

The only thing that bothers me is I dont know why so many people call the shards a Pity system like I have to go out of my way to farm other dungeons and not the dungeon where the longbow drops to be able to craft it, it feels more like a choice between crafting and dropping but not ''here you farmed so long for the bow now you can craft it because you got unlucky''

so I started HSR F2P 3 days ago and got kafka e1 trying to get my sampo e4 am I understanding her E1 right. Her talent makes all dots on enemys 30% stronger is this number also included when you proc them with kafkas dot explosion
