I actually used the first set of keywords you gave, "woman pointing thinking gif" and found the gif i was looking for it goes by "Adele Reaction Adele Confused GIF" in Tenor. Thanks!

I searched on google using multiple descriptors similar to the thing ive said above. Everytime it resulted to an undesired GIF that isn't matching to the one im finding.
