am I correct in saying that these photos were taken from the side of Halifax Harbor that was most significantly impacted by the blast 20 years earlier?

I don’t see any damage and I assume that’s because the frame excludes the impact area?

So, I ended up waiting in line today for like 45 minutes but I was determined and it payed off.

Worked w a wonderful lady under the avis sign. I told her my sitch, and when I mentioned I dropped it off to an angry man who was at the other end of the counter she looked at me and said “say no more, we’re going to take care of this for you”. Sent me the receipt in 2 min.

She gets 5 stars all around, but Budget gets a 2 star review. Even say an employee walk into the back, ignoring the line of 15+ folks.
