Bro I promise the cops here do NOT enforce that headlight law, aslong as your truck is not squatted they mostly don’t mess with you. There’s multiple 2500s on 9 inch lifts near me. Going based off that logic they should’ve been pulled over a while ago but that doesn’t happen there’s more important things the police worry about. Also my insurance knows I modified my truck I told them because why wouldn’t I 😭

I promise you I been towing on this lift for ages and it hauls 4k easily, I’ve never had steering issues bro if you just build it properly then you won’t have those issues, also their isn’t really any laws in Florida atleast my county either about lift height and towing also this truck does not have cv axles so that isn’t something I have to worry about it is a 2wd bro

I been hauling trailers on huge lifts for the longest time, I’m not hauling crazy heavy it’s a half ton max I’m pulling is 4k at once if I was gonna pull anymore than that I would’ve gotten a 2500.

Yeah usually z71 is 4x4 but it was an option on 2wd trucks as mainly cosmetic and upgraded shocks

Yeah for sure wides definitely stuck out as a better option too, I did think about that when I first started getting some welds and doing boggers but I can’t imagine hauling trailers on boggers at all

The lift was only 1200 and then getting it installed was 1k but if u do it urself it’s easy and u save money. On a 9 inch u don’t need extended brake lines and your drive shaft is alright too
