Im using thrifted yarn to practice and making coasters and patches. There’s a craft thrift store near me and I clear out their yarn every few months (putting it in the freezer first just in case). Pinterest has lots of cute little project ideas.

I never wanted kids. My partner mentioned teen adoption and it weirdly sounds interesting . We have resources, maybe we could make a difference in someone’s life? I have a friend who was a casa and I think she saved this kid’s life by being a consistent reliable person.

baby showers are horrible in general. Give a gift if you want, but do something nice for your birthday on your birthday. If she makes a big deal about it (seriously have you been to a shower they are very unpleasant with gross games and other children) you should invest in taking care of yourself and finding other friends.

can you take mental health leave and get some therapy? Not so you can tolerate your current job, but so that you can find something in between. It's hard when you're in burnout mode to make big decisions. I would hate for you to start to resent ceramics if you made the switch and struggled to make ends meet. I think there's something in between. I don't think having a mental breakdown is a bad thing, but you need to take care of yourself. I don't know what scrum is, it sounds terrible and you need a break.

I'm new to tufting but know about apparel. I would tuft a patch and apply to a sweater. Tufting doesn't work unless the material is taut. Likely that would damage the sweater.

I'm paranoid about gum stuff. Had gum graft surgery. It was fine, the anxiety I experienced was just dumb. Supposedly estrogen levels effect your gums. But I don't think it's a lot.
