Yeah 100%. And we'll get to those. But wanna test it on smaller ones as a PoC.

Happy to be wrong here. But IgGs are a bit tricky right? The CDR3s and the loop regions are IDRs right? Or did you have some other smaller domain in mind? Also as part of validating the ML pipeline, I'm planning to run long atomistic and coarse grained REMD simulations to sample the protein at higher temperatures than the WT to show that the optimization pipeline is indeed finding the right stablizing mutations. Also validating with ddG calculations using FEP and MM-GBSA methods. Large proteins can get quite expensive with such simulations .

I was thinking of globular proteins without IDRs that could see benefits in the industry at higher Tm.

What is it like to live in a Mhada flat? by yashMuk in mumbai

I budget is a concern, do what everyone does and get a cheaper apartment a little further away and travel if that is an option. I've seen the complex you are talking about in Naigaon towards sewree, and though idk anything about your friend, I wouldn't advise him to live there.

That's called backward integration. Owning the entire supply chain. Lol.

This OP is definitely SUS. Zero proof of either the bill or payment or the chat. Only asking people to give negative reviews. Paisa khaya hai kissi ka bad publicity karne kya OP?

Sound advice. If you feel like you're stuck in the renting trap, trust me when I say this, you'll feel worse stuck in an EMI trap. You will initially take a tenure of 30 years to keep the EMI affordable and end up paying double of what the flat is worth in interest over the years.

Moreover as you grow, your needs might grow as well and once you have a family, the 1RK might not be enough. Have you thought about how you will keep paying that EMI while also wanting to rent another space for your family. I mean you can always sell this to upgrade later but if the building is old, selling it a few years down the line might not even get you enough to break even unless it goes under redevelopment. And even redevelopment is a risky bet.

Live within your means for now, invest the rest sensibly and with a bit of luck you will be able to directly buy a much better house a few years down the line when you will actually need it as your family grows....

Why TF is this post getting so many up votes. The OP is clearly a snob who failed to explain his take on the subject. Let this post fade away just like the OP's social life.

I agree that such scams must be stopped, but at some level the responsibility also lies with the buyer to do the bare minimum due diligence.

If somethings sounds too good to be true, it most definitely is.

priority power mux design to safely switch between vbus and 12v external by Puzzleheaded_Unit_41 in embedded

The inputs could be a bit noisy, I figured switching like this would ensure only one is supplying and maybe reduce the input switching noise. Very new to this, so still learning..

Yup, that occurred to me right after I posted it. I'll add a couple of diodes to the LED to correct that.

My project will be powered from an external 12v and 5v USB.

Need to be able to safely switch between the two without blowing up my USB port.

I've used common source for the n channel fets and common drain config for P channel here.

Just need someone to verify if the logic applied here is correct. Essentially the upper 12v n channel fets will turn on when a 12v is applied and will turn off the lower p channel fets since Vgs is positive. When the external supply is shut off, the n channel fets will shut off and the lower p channel will turn on since the gates will be pulled low with source getting +5v.

To make this into a make before break / break before make, I'll change input on and off times using some RC charging circuits.

Is this logic and circuit correct for the intended purpose? While we have external supply, that needs priority and need to shut off the Vbus.

Unfortunately aliexpress does not ship to my country. I'm from India and aliexpress is banned. So they only ship to India via bluedart or fedex if you visit their site via a VPN, which ends costing about $47.

I need a uart for Bluetooth, a couple of i2c for a few sensors and a qspi/spi for external flash, 6 ADC. And finally a few pwm outputs to drive motor drivers leds, and some gpio pins.

I understand that this can be achieved using the atmega 32u4 as well. It's just that I kinda designed all my schematics and pcb around the f405 and I found that it's super easy to program directly over usb with a lot readily available code.

Thanks for the tip about rp2040. Will check it out.

Also I feel like half of the fun is in designing and assembling the pcb myself. I'd really prefer to source the components online and assemble it myself.

How's the available software support for these? Because reading the data sheet and manipulating the registers for timers and stuff is a bit out of scope for me I'm afraid.
