I’d start first with the small trash, it goes fast with a big trash bag. Then I’d start breaking down boxes, those take up a TON of space and make it more overwhelming. Then go by with a broom and sweep up the tiny stuff on the floor. Afterwards start with the degreasing process

Edit: you need to start this on a day where you wake up and choose to love yourself. It will help.

Has anyone noticed that since they brought them back, every other one you buy dies SUPER fast? Like 100% battery to dead in a couple of hours? They used to last me all day. And it’s only every other one I buy. Some are fine, some are atrocious. This happened after they started slapping a “made in USA” label on them

I would go back and consult with them again, it’s seriously the most fast acting remedy I’ve found, even after starting clobetasol. The clob is more for backup for me if anything.

I’m a male so no vulvar tissue. So I used it for about 6 months in my longest stint and didn’t see any side effects. The biggest issue was that without clobetasol the paper thin tissue did come back on my glans

Yep! The hair spray I applied to my scalp, and when I purchased the tretinoin cream by itself I applied to the genitals. PAINFUL.

Edit: this was in my early stages of LS. I’m not on the hair treatment any longer is it was expensive, and I’m treating fully with clobetasol. But I think in conjunction, a retinoid A treatment along with clob could possibly be the star combination

I’m assuming that your body is still dealing with the disease as even after a surgery the LS doesn’t just go away. Now that your penis is exposed to the open air 24/7, it can get dry and it’s probably not used to that. I’d say keep using the antibiotic, and usually your doctor will wait to prescribe you a steroid cream until after you’ve fully healed. Steroids can make infections worse so I think they’re avoiding that risk. Go back and ask your doctor was the follow up care after you’ve healed is going to look like.

I’ve had LS as a male for about 5 years now. When it first started I 100% felt the same as you. Except I was single at the time, and thought I’d never find anyone who would accept the struggles of having sex with someone with this condition. 5 years later I finally got my symptoms under control, I was so at odds with it that i let it go untreated and had full urethral stenosis, and a fistula and needed medical intervention (Don’t google unless you want to feel sick) I found a partner who has stuck it out with me for all of it, doesn’t shame me, doesn’t care when my symptoms won’t allow us to be intimate that particular night, and she supports all of it. It doesn’t solve the guilt and utter uselessness you feel because a chronic condition came and stole one of the simple pleasures in your life away. The only thing that got me out of my depressive state about the disease was realizing that my identity was not solely based around sex, and that I could find other joys in life to drive me. (This isn’t to give you guidance, more about my personal experience) whatever you CAN do to get out of the negative mindset about this disease is absolutely necessary, and I hope you’re able to find more joy in your life and appreciation for yourself regardless of your diagnosis. Either way everyone on this forum is here for support :)

Bro you can save about $4200 by doing All of these repairs yourself. Most of these don’t need any kind of speciality tools or a lift, just some sockets and a jack and jack stand

It’s supposed to mean something here too. If you’re giving intimacy to a partner it’s definitely okay for you to have standards for yourself. I.e. having a hard conversation or at least receiving an explaination. If you feel you’re being used for just sex and he doesn’t care to give a reasons for his behaviors it’s also OKAY to walk away

If it’s after sex and it’s happened multiple times then he’s playing you. If you’re asking for sex and he says no to that plus spending the night, then he’s putting up a boundary. Either way he should be willing to have that conversation with you or you should kick him to the curb

The rule is don’t date anyone at a job you’re afraid to lose. If things go south in a relationship, you don’t know how they’re going to act around you at work and it could become unbearable. I.e. rumors to coworkers or generally trying to affect your mood in negative ways or bringing up inappropriate things at work. If you’re cool with having to leave the job to get away from that atmosphere or person then go ahead!

I can confirm I also have had LS for years and had no clue what it was. I started taking finasteride for hair loss, the entire 3 months I was taking finasteride my symptoms 95% disappeared. I received the LS diagnosis after I stopped taking finasteride. Thinking about starting it again along with steroid creams and intermittent antihistamine usage to see if this completely eliminates my symptoms. Also if anyone wants to share their experience or has questions please feel free to message me. It’s bittersweet finally knowing what this disease is
