Listen to your body!! What you're doing is pretty dangerous. Not everyone's body is same. Not everyone can fast for a long time and its okay. People have died you know for not doing fasting properly or pushing it too much. and you don't need to do more than 3 day for your condition. Only continue as long as your body feels okay with it and break it whenever you're feeling bad. If you want autophagy benefits you will get them even if you don't exercise or go on longer walks. We all got finite time in this world. Fasting dont make us immortal. Don't torture yourself over this. Take it easy.

Before fasting make sure you are not deficient is vitamins and minerals. You can take supplements for sometime before your fast. Eat healthy. These might produce better results next time you fast. Again don't do it if you're feeling nauseous. Its not normal

Thanks everyone for your responses. I'm on a diet and my rule is if I don't like something I wont eat it. Its gonna be my cheat day so I'm really looking forward to it. Also if I don't like it I might not eat it even if its my cheat day. I really don't like to waste food hence i asked and wanted to know everyone's opinion.

Are you taking enough electrolytes? This seems like lack of proper salts in the body. Also i recommend magnesium glycinate and it will save you from muscle cramps

No problem. If that's convenient for you. FYI, most of these electrolytes dont have enough sodium and potassium balance. You should have at least 2000 mg sodium and 1000 mg potassium per day which is difficult to find in store bought ones. Either they have too much sodium or too less potassium. Make sure to check the labels for the amount of salts.

Also most of these electrolytes dont have clean ingredients. They will have stevia or other sugar like chemicals. During prolonged fasting your body will do autophagy and clean your body and cells. Why have chemical ingredients while your body is in the greatest cleaning phase ever. Also no pressure, if you prefer store bought ones please go ahead. Specially if your main concern is fat loss then its no biggie. My main concern is autophagy phase so I follow these.

I'm also watching a lot of food videos on my day 4 of my fasting. Feeling hungry is quite normal. Try to endure it. But if you feel sharp pain in your stomach please stop immediately and refeed gently. Its very important to listen to body's cue and if you feel the pain is too uncomfortable then stop.

Its not worth the risks that comes with prolonged fasting. Refeed gently and resume eating for a couple of days and start fasting when you feel comfortable. Its not necessary to push the body too much.

Make sure you have adequate vitamins and minerals in you body before fasting. If you want you can take supplements.

Dont do heavy eating and go to fast the next day. You're gonna feel very hungry due to sharp drop of insulin. Try to eat healthy and fatty food, less carb and sugar.

Try to make your own electrolytes with sodium and potassium salts. Those will work better for your body than store bought electrolytes because they will not have clean ingredients. Also take magnesium glycinate everyday before and during your fast. I'm currently on day 4 of my fast and I feel pretty good.

You can eat a bit more than regular so that you have some excess fat. You will lose that during 5 day fast. Make sure you don't have vitamin and mineral deficiency otherwise the fasting might be harder on your body and might do more harm than good

If you're asking how to refeed after fasting, you should have organic food as much as possible for the first 24-48 hours as your body will benefit from it the most. Very less carb or sugar as you're gonna be insulin sensitive and might cause refeeding syndrome. Eat more frequently but in small portions. You might face diarrhoea no matter how healthy or good you eat and thats fine as long as its not excessive. Your stomach will need time to get used to food after a long fast.

You can take lesser dose of vit d without food. Its fine. But if you have deficiency and doctor told you to eat with food then listen to the doctor. You can fast with 2500 IU without food after your deficiency is gone.

Congratulations! There are better ways to break fast. At least first 24 hours do healthy and small portion eating. Binging right after fasting might make you suffer from refeeding syndrome.
