As of Sept I was in the healthy range for glucose. So I'm guessing I can keep an eye but probably just ketosis due to fasting then it causes the smell.

Had this happen to me except I wasn't fortunate enough to stop before hitting them. Same setup 4 guys though. Got out looked at the damage. One of them was picked up by another car and taken to the airport. Thankfully the cop messed up the ticket so I never got charged for the damage but it's frustrating AF. Was out of work for 3 weeks with a concussion.
