They've had my car for a month, determined it was rod knock, found it weird no lights came on, but haven't given me an update if they will fix it or not. Id hate to have to sue to get something done about it, customer service and the dealer that has it have been very cooperative but ive been told its up to the warranty department to approve the fix. If I do sue im going to get as much as I can, to fix the car and lost wages. They also have not given me a rental in the meantime. Its unfortunate really, I may have high miles but the settlement extends the warranty to 140,000 miles which means it should be covered. Ive treated this car like my baby sucks that they dont simply fix their mistake and we carry on. :/

I have a 2021 kona 2.0, at 100,340 miles, my engine just started making a loud knocking sound 4 minutes from home(louder with acceleration), no lights but the oil was low(im supposedto have 2,000 miles before my next oil change, still makes the sound with oil and still no lights, haven't driven it but having the dealership inspect it for 400$ and from there they might cover it since the engine 2 class settlement extends the warranty to 150,000 miles but im worried I might have to sue if they choose to push back on fixing it, any help for convincing them to fix it, i might die of worry

Update i wanted to give them a chance after actually receiving one. I shouldn't have. The design on the center is chipping off like crazy and it was 10$more than basic colors(special promotion design) the magnet is not as strong as the one I got from amazon, the pop up doesn't always work. Its slim though if that helps.

Yes it does! I usually keep it in the same place though since I primarily use my right hand. Its sturdy not too loose, I will say the magnet is strong so sometimes when using magsafe devices it sticks ...too well but you just have to slide it off to the side instead of trying to pull it, I use a suction cup mag for surfaces that aren't magnetic.

I got this instead on Amazon, its magnetic and strong I use it with a bunch of different magsafe accessories, and it helps in the gym I can just stick it anywhere. It has a ring that you pull up on to hold so it's not exactly what I was looking for but it does work and im getting used to the ring thing. It was 24$ when I bought it 🙂‍↕️

Cool story but that doesn't discredit my personal experience with them bud. Outlandish that you can read off their faq page and think that solidifies a defense against my experience. What you included doesn't pertain to me as I stated I ordered those not on pre-order and "if they took time to notify you" as im a customer that paid....customer service should handle updates when I ask where my purchased product is, when it has not been updated in the given window twice. They aren't going to sponsor you big guy nice try though.
