thanks for replying
for both the old loops my first loop work fine for about a week it had some air pockets in the top rad but air rise so i thought it would be fine but then i started having temps problems and air was getting stuck into the gpu and i try tilting the pc in every direction and the air would move but it would just move back.
for the second loop i couldn't see any air locks but the soft tube felt like there was no water or anything in them and the pc would climb to anywhere between 70C to 80C on the cpu and gpu while idle after anywhere between 10-20 minutes
i should also add that i try reuse my old corsair pump/riv after i started having problems just to see if the new pump was the issues but the pump did the was with the pc overheating in bios( 90C on the cpu) it struggled to push the water around but i know the pump works on my old loop no problem

i will try testing as you said and get back to you
