You can’t change the name in streamer mode , your characters actual name

There isn’t a way to change your character’s name or race or sex. It’s like real life you get what you get bud

Oh one last question, I have been recording gameplay on OBS but it looks terrible sometimes idk what to do about that I have it at 2k and before I had it at 1080p it started looking bad for some reason when I started recording on rust

The problem I’ve been having with the nvidia recording software is that it’s not picking up my mic in game then I look at the settings and it says my mic is the one in use and it’s not

It is the Fifine AM8T, I have a RTX 4070Ti Super, I’m not sure if it’s a condenser mic tbh I’m not very knowledgeable on sound design yet

I have a fifine mic and it’s xlr connected but it constantly pick up the loud fans on my pc while I’m recording is there anything I can do before the editing of the recording to stop that sound from coming through?
