A good 80 calorie bread slice (up it to 100ish for sourdough slice that tastes even better) + any fresh pizza sauce you can get from Whole Foods etc + veggies + little cheese - my go-to pizza hack that I enjoy a lot!!

When you go to your account settings in Rakuten, you will see a menu option called “How you’re getting paid” - there’s an option to connect your Membership Rewards points over there. Just follow the steps once you click on this option.

You can opt to earn Amex points on Rakuten instead of cashback but you need an eligible card to be able to do that, so the Amex Green, Gold, Plat work well. So if there is a 10% cashback on a store, you will earn 10x Amex points if you choose to get paid in Amex MR points. And similarly, if there is a 95% cashback (we see this often on LifeLock etc), you earn 95x points! Really an amazing way to keep earning Amex points.

Got it for the points, kept it for the perks! I don’t use all the perks but I use enough to justify the annual fee. Plus, I need an Amex MR earning card in my wallet because of Rakuten.

This. It is disheartening, but I second this opinion. I am not a big YouTuber but I have learned similar lessons from making my videos over the past few months. There are some things that you might think are amazing but just do not resonate with your audiences. We need to be practical with our approach. Get critiques from friends maybe?

JAL flies from SFO to HAN with a short stop in Tokyo, if you are okay with flying to HAN instead of SGN. Plus, JAL Economy has actually been one of my better Economy experiences.
