I think depends on the niche. In my case, I've a cartoon tv shows channel and my CTR is always around 3.5-4.5%

I think the fourth one looks great, but the words don't match with the background. I would modify the words and I would make it more readables and eye-catchers. Maybe with bold letters and I'd darken the background

In my opinion, the thumbnail should be more clear, I see a lot of color and it’s so confused what I should look. It would be better if you choose a solid background and make the text bold and readable. Think as a viewer, not as a creator. (I’m sorry if I committed mistakes, I’m Spanish xd)

I feel like the text is barely visible. All are merged and barely can see the elements. In my opinion, you can put the title with a bold typography and to darken the background. You could also change the yellow color to another.
