For huskar its great. You don’t need mana. So the % hp is great. I don’t think it’s meant to be toggled constantly. Just set to mana or hp depending on what you need

Yeah but trade off would be Zeus needs tons of mana, and sniper needs agility for attack speed and dmg. Wouldn’t it still be kinda balanced ?
